Upon our arrival, we could not open the gate because we were never sent the code #1#2 The pool was not ready# 3 The kitchen was very dirty with dust, rocks and spiders and web in every corner plus a garbage bag was left full under the sink#4 spiders and webs in most of every room of the house.#5 No instructions was left for us about the garbage, the area#6 The beds are Not made by INTERHOME service#7 The patio furniture were in the dirty back room and we had to set them up ourself#8 The 2 long chairs ( from the website) are old and brokenAbove all, the house is spacious and the area is beautiful.It would have been nice to be aware of a house for rent which has and is not looked after.BE AWARE of the lack of professionalism from INTERHOME whose lack of communication reflects the state we found the house in.I am waiting for a compensation from either VRBO and or the host.
