Beautiful villa located in the heart of Carnac-Plage, in direct proximity to shops, with enclosed garden and two parking spaces on the side of the house, 250m from the Grande Plage, 800m from a supermarket, 900m from the Yacht Club and Thalassotherapy.



- Entrance to main room

- Living room: sofa bed 140cm, 2 armchairs, coffee table, TV, TV stand, non-functional fireplace, rug, glass table and chairs, knick-knacks, bookshelf, sideboard. Toilet.

- Fully equipped independent kitchen: oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, electric coffee maker, Nespresso Krups coffee machine, dishwasher, 2 glass hobs, refrigerator, blender, fondue maker, deep fryer. Washing machine in laundry room.

- Enclosed garden, outdoor table and chairs, barbecue, parasol, 1 lounger.



Floor:

- Bedroom 1: 1 bed in 120 cm, 1 bed 90 cm, storage.

- Bedroom 2: 1 bed in 140 cm, bedside table, storage, lamp, small washing area with sink and mirror.

- Bedroom 3: 1 bed 140 cm, storage, bedside table, lamp.

- Bathroom: walk-in shower, sink with 1 basin, storage, hair dryer, towel warmer.



Villa for 6/7 people maximum.

Arrival: 4pm-6pm. Please notify in case of late arrival.

Deposit: €500 to be paid on site

Charges: electricity included from mid-May to early October, based on meter reading outside this period

Perfect in every way!

As a family we have camped near Carnac for the last 13 years so we are very familiar with the town and surrounding area. This was our first year renting a property and we selected Les Druides for the the location, secure garden and slightly quirky French interior. Les Druides is a beautifully presented property close to all the local amenities and a short walk from the beach. The garden is bright, private and naughty dog proof. There is an incredible boulangerie patisserie next door and the very helpful agency is only 50m away. The location is on the main road, but traffic is light although you do get a bit of street noise after the bars close on the weekend. Nothing to worry about and we were there during the Euros. Overall a delightful and relaxing property that should meet all your holiday expectations. Highly recommended.

Emplacement au top ! plein centre, tout à pied, bien agréable surtout quand on est avec des enfants La maison est bien, les propriétaires ont fait pas mal de travaux pour améliorer la maison ,cuisine, cabinet et salle de bain neuve, les fenêtres changées sur tout le rez de chaussée, le haut est un peu exigu, les 3 chambres sont cote à cote et surtout il manque des toilettes à l'étage. menage non fait ou tres mal fait à l'arrivée, tres bon relationnel avec l'agence et le propriétaire

Urlaub in Carnac

Ein schönes, kleines,zentral gelegenes Haus mit kleinem Garten. Die Einrichtung ist voll funktionell und hat Charme. Der Garten benötigt ein wenig mehr Pflege.Ein zweites WC gemäß Beschreibung ist leider nicht vorhanden. Auflagen für die Gartenmöbel fehlten leider.

Nice place, but ...

This is certainly a nice place to stay, however, the house could be cleaner. Mould-covered cutting boards in the kitchen should have been noticed by the local agent. Moreover, we were charged an extra amount of 50€ because we did not empty the (still running) dishwasher on departure. This is simply ridiculous, given that we already paid 60€ for a complete cleaning.
