"Lovely hotel great gym with all new equipment, food ordering at the bar was useless ordered a drink & meal from the table QR code, meal came 20mins later no drink!!!! Shouldn’t the drink come first, either the system doesn’t work so get rid of it or the staff don’t care, this happened twice could leave the table to order as the first time I did it lost my table as I travelled alone, the bar service let the place down."

"Staff did their best to make a bad situation, tolerable. As noted by the hotel, they are surrounded by construction that is noisy and messy. Parking is nearby but you have to drag your luggage to the hotel. We had dinner in the restaurant and service was good as was the food. "
