「This was a good place to stay. It's an older hotel but well maintained. Beds were comfy and room was larger than a usual hotel room. We liked the hot breakfast bar (included) at their restaurant」

「The coffee machine in my room was missing a part, so I couldn't make coffee. I asked the front desk for help, but unfortunately there was no solution. The response I received was simply, “I don't understand coffee machines.” I also found that shampoo, soap, and other basic bathroom essentials were missing from the room, and I had to walk to the front desk to ask for them. Overall, it seemed there was a lack of attention to basic room preparation and maintenance. These are small things, but...

「Everything was satisfactory with my stay and the room was clean and organized. The only minor issue was the smell of cigarettes. I don't know if it was the room or the cigarette disposal outside on the wall. Other than that I was comfortable.」
