This property has NO street parking. Guests must use the designated 2-car garage.
Please note, we provide a starter pack of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For longer stays, we recommend bringing your own toiletries, as these supplies are not replenished during your stay.
Trash Bin Rules: Guests are required to roll the provided trash bins out to the curb the night before trash day and bring them back in after pickup on the same day. Failure to do so will result in a city citation, and a $300 fee will be charged to the guest.
Guests may have packages delivered to the property during their reservation dates. However, we strongly advise coordinating deliveries for when you are on-site to receive them. The host cannot be held responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged prior to or during your stay.
