Great stay overall. The place was very clean and in an excellent location, which made getting around easy and convenient. There was a snafu with check-in and the after hours support was helpful and very responsive. On the downside, the guests in the unit upstairs were quite loud. Also, the shower temperature was inconsistent, it kept going from hot to cold during every shower.

on quiet street, beside public beach parking (not a big impact ie noise or traffic) public beach access within half block. short easy walking distance to carlsbad village restaurants and shops. bed was super comfortable. Mike was terrific!

This is the 2nd time we've stayed at this property. We absolutely love the location and the view! The condo works out perfect for our family. It's walkable to so many shops, restaurants and fun things to do! It looks like they may have painted the unit, added some decor and fixed it up a bit from last time. We'll stay again next time! Highly recommend.

This was lovely, bed’s comfy, furniture was very nice lots of upgrades,lovely white towels. Great bedding. My only disappointment was tacky curtains, the curtain rods need to be higher and better blackout curtains. But it was a lovely enjoyable experience.

Beach Villas in Carlsbad was incredibly an amazing place & room to stay for our family. Perfect location directly next to Beachside. Extra Large 2bed/2bath w/gigantic patio overlooking ocean w/ huge table for family outdoor dining, patio set to relax, & propane grill. Rooms great sizes & clean. Room#4 had everything we needed in bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen- just like being home. Entire place was clean top to bottom; modern minimalist beach feeling inside; We had one designated parking spot next to stairs by our entrance. Rm 4 on 3rd floor lots of steps up, no elevator. Safe neighborhood. Walking distance to Carlsbad Village- fun place to explore for shopping, coffee, & restaurants. Definitely returning to this property.

The property was nice. The staff was really helpful. The only issues i had was the loud noise upstairs that woke us up early everyday. I dod speak to someone about it, but the noise continued. I also had to buy towels and toilet paper. You could wash your towels but, we didn't have coins.

When you know your pool is going to be disgusting and that there will be drilling and hammering beginning at 8 in the morning and continuing all day long right outside a unit, perhaps you should let people know so they can make other arrangements. This sucks.

Room 10 is a studio and a converted garage with garage door windows for light, and no type of curtain creating light from outside all night through. tv remote not synced or working, shared wall with office and was very loud. Group meeting conducted early morning in office and could hear everyone as they were using a microphone. Pool is old and right outside the door. Vert noisy

Awesome experience. Property is ideally situated on the beach and also within a quick walk of downtown. Staff is really communicative and friendly. Property manager was especially nice!

Villa #4 has a wonderful large balcony with plenty of seating, BBQ and ocean view. 30 Stairs up to unit. Door locks need attention. Hot water in bathroom needs attention.
