Put-ins include the ParkLand Foundation Sweeny Tract and Spark's Bridge or the publicly owned Mackinaw Fish and Wildlife Area or the intersection of the river with Route 150 outside Goodfield. Be cautious of fast currents in the spring and very low water mid summer. But the sweet spot in between is perfect.
