「Check in staff was amazing, rooms are basic lacking mirrors I had to wait for my husband to get out the shower for me to do my hair & makeup there’s no ventilation in the bathroom. You will sweat when getting ready in the bathroom. The electricity shut off random causing delays in getting ready due to no lights to see. I did my makeup while lights were flashing to save time and get to appointments on time. Dirty comforters eww needs to work on better cleanliness it smells like mold throughout. 」

The villa itself is beautiful, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Everything felt clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, with a great balance of style and relaxation. 「We arrived very late at night and it didn’t feel like a safe area. The security guard was very helpful and friendly. When we got to the lobby, we were disappointed at how dirty and unkept it was. The condo is outdated. The dining table was full of small insects, the counter was dirty. The dryer was missing the handle and the door was filthy. The refrigerator door was dirty. There were covers on the sofas that were also dirty. Unfortunately, I stayed my first night because we arrived late...
