「Nice for what we needed pool close, we didnt rent a car so be advised condo is up a big hill , if going to beach you have to walk a ways, if you have mobility issue you may need a car , Suzi bar was great every one friendly. Michael the host is very responsive.」

「We arrived very late at night and it didn’t feel like a safe area. The security guard was very helpful and friendly. When we got to the lobby, we were disappointed at how dirty and unkept it was. The condo is outdated. The dining table was full of small insects, the counter was dirty. The dryer was missing the handle and the door was filthy. The refrigerator door was dirty. There were covers on the sofas that were also dirty. Unfortunately, I stayed my first night because we arrived late...

「This is a great spot if you want to be close to the nature reserve but will require driving to any restaurants. The area around seems to have been damaged severely by Maria and is mostly empty still in 2026. Very clean condo that has been updated recently. Hot water was very nice. AC worked well. Coffee provided and even a few snacks which was very nice and welcoming. We received texts with additional check in information and how to access the kayak from the property manager and they offered...
