「Everything went well. The staff are helpful and good overall. The location and hotel is beautiful. My only question is in regards to the room I booked, didn’t look as pictured - the standard triple room on Expedia has three beds along one wall, but the room I got wasn’t like that.」

「Spacious room with great amenities, family friendly. Pool could have been cleaned, visible dirt and leaves in pool. Playground area for children and volleyball areas were great.」

「it was nice and good stay」

「The people working there are amazing. They keep the hacienda beautiful and clean. Food and drinks were outstanding. Bungalow was great. I will definitely go back.」

「Good」

「The shower never worked and there was too much sound (music) during the night and early in the morning. The room we choose had a picture with tv but there was none in the room. We also got food poisoning from our dinner. Javier the guy from the reception was nice and the view was great.」

「The hotel is right next to the immigration office. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Carry cash because they do not accept credit cards. ATM mark is 7% in additional to the service charge.」

「Lindas piscinas naturales 」

「Es un hotel antiguo y muy reconocido en Río Dulce, pero esa misma antigüedad ha pasado factura, ya que si bien es cierto el servicio es excelente, el restaurante muy bueno y cuenta con varias actividades (piscina, jacuzzi, kayaks, ping pong, etc.), el estado de las habitaciones deja mucho que desear y más aún por el elevado precio por noche (alrededor de $120 la noche). 」

「Lugar incómodo e incomunicado. La empresa no colabora con el cliente no advierte que el camino es una brecha de terracería. El sitio no hay señalamiento que indique el hotel o cabaña. Es un azar que algún vecino se apiade de los que viajan y ofrezca ayuda personal. Incluso tuve un percance que fue solventado por los vecinos. La propietaria jamás dio la cara. Lamentable.」
