「We arrived on Saturday @ 4pm. There is no one at the building to help you get in. I was told that I was sent all the info in advance but I don’t remember getting it. And if I do it was in French and I only soak a little French so when we arrived we did not have a door code, key for our room, know where to park etc. Finally I was able to text and get the info I needed.
