"The staff were helpful and cheerful. Breakfast was good. The shower curtain was too short and the water sprayed out the bottom causing the floor to be wet and slippery across half of the bathroom."

"Check-in was really good, polite and helpful staff. Room was clean, spacious and beds we comfortable. Spa facilities were really good, not too busy and nice changing rooms. Only issue was breakfast, arrived 10am and there was not much left, no bowls, butter, juices, mugs, fresh fruit or pastries. Due to this we tried the cooked breakfast, looked good but my daughters sausage was uncooked in the middle. This was disapointing as she ended up just having beans on toast, not the treat she expected! Hotel all in all is lovely, just need maybe more staff to re stock at breakfast"
