Callot - Joli Appartement Vue Mer

  • This charming flat with a sea view is available to rent in Carantec, less than a kilometre from the beach. With a surface area of 70 m², it can comfortably accommodate up to 4 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 35 m² living room, fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning, sheets and towels are included. We're waiting for you!

    - A 35 m² living room with connected TV and WiFi
    - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, oven, hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine...
    - Two bedrooms with two single beds (90x190) and one queen-size bed (160×200)
    - Bathroom with shower
    - Separate WC

    For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: tumble dryer, cot, high chair, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

    The flat is ideally located in Carantec, the jewel of the Bay of Morlaix, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Carantec est une petite ville balnéaire charmante et on trouve tout ce qu’il faut à quelques minutes à pieds de l’appartement: épicerie, boulangeries, restaurants, plage et club nautique. Valérie est par ailleurs une hôte très aimable et serviable. Nous recommandons cet airbnb sans hésiter et espérons avoir l’occasion de revenir! Merci pour tout!"

Callot "Très bel appartement. On s y est senti bien tout le long de notre séjour. La literie est très confortable, matelas neuf, draps blancs et couettes. La salle de bain , la cuisine, les we sont neufs et propres. Mais surtout nous avons adoré la déco, de très bon goût. L appart est lumineux car traversant. L accueil était très sympathique. Valérie est très disponible et arrangeante L’appartement est un cocon cosy où se déposer, et d’où tout est pratique : commerce chez Mathieu juste en bas ouvert 7/7, bars, restaus, boutiques, et les fantastiques plages à 10 mn à pied. Je me suis sentie comme chez moi. Tout respire la dernière et c’est arrangé avec beaucoup de goût. Tout le confort est proposé. Une merveille. Callot 🙂 Boendet ligger mycket centralt i Carantec. Hade varit orolig att det skulle vara störande från intilliggande restauranger och bar men det var helt i onödan. Ligger vägg i vägg med matvarubutiken och tvärs över gatan ligger ett fantastiskt café men även dagtid är det helt tyst. Fint med gratis sommarbuss runt i Carantec och gratis buss i hela kommunen (de går inte så ofta men det går att ta sig fram och tillbaka till Morlaix där tågstationen ligger). Flera stränder ligger nära. Byn är dock starkt kuperad med många backar så man bör inte ha alltför dålig kondition. Boendet var mycket fräscht och smakfullt inrett.

Callot Valerie was absolutely super host!!! She waited for us when we arrived, gave us the key, explained everything and gave us many useful tips and recommendations about everything we needed. She communicated with us during our whole stay whenever we contacted her and she was very helpful. The apartment is very clean, beautiful, really well equipped and there ‘s everything you need. The city is very nice, there are many great restaurants and we really loved the beautiful walk to the “Hawaian beach” one evening. We also had a chance to visit the city market and we really enjoyed it. We felt there more than welcome and would definitely recommend it! Thank you very much, Valerie for an amazing stay!! We had an excellent stay in this well appointed apartment . It was well equipped and right in the heart of the town , it could be quite noisy in the front bedroom but we were only two and used the back bedroom. But on the other hand it is in the heart of a pretty and vibrant community. We enjoyed the stay .
