First floor has luxurious king master with en-suite full bath, guest bedroom with two twin beds and hall full bathroom with tub. Upstairs features queen bedroom with en-suite bath and open loft with twin bed. Queen sleeper sofa on first floor shares guest bath with tub. Best of all, the beach is mere steps from your door. Captiva has fabulous chef owned restaurants and the best stocked beach shops around. Captiva is a fishing mecca, hire a guide to catch the big one!

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire unit, heated pool, and other Beach Villas amenities such as tennis court. Guests cannot access South Seas amenities including water park and north end pools. This unit is extremely close to Captiva village, however, which features numerous restaurants, shopping, and spa. Laundry room on ground floor.

**Please be aware South Seas is currently impacted by the Beach Renourishment Project through 11/01. **
🚧 What You Can Expect
Crews operating on a stretch of beach at a time, with active work zones shifting northward weekly.
Beach access may be restricted temporarily in active zones but will reopen promptly once safe.
Safety signage and fencing will help ensure a safe experience for all.

This beach renourishment project is an investment in Captiva’s future—enhancing storm protection, improving recreational access, and supporting the health of our coastal ecosystem. We thank all residents, visitors, and businesses for their understanding and support.

Other Things to Note:
We require guests to complete a rental agreement prior to checking in. The agreement will be sent upon booking confirmation.
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.

We are available as often as needed, but provide guests the privacy the desire to enjoy their vacation in peace!
