Modern villa with a large, private pool, tennis court and table tennis, located in a wonderful position among the hills just outside Empoli. Aircondition. WiFi.

This area is famous for its delicious Chianti wine; Montalbano. From the terrace of the house or from the pool the view over the surrounding landscape is stunning. Melograno is surrounded by 10 hectares of land with olive groves but close to the house there is a fenced garden which makes the place very suitable for children. The swimming pool (7 x 18 mt - max dept 2,20 mt) is completely private. Children in the pool or in the pool area must be under adult supervision at all times.

Melograno is sporadically used by the owners, this means that the house is furnished in a personal and homelike style with a lot of space in the big light rooms.

The villa is on two floors and consists of:
Entrance from the veranda into a spacious living room with big panorama windows that give the room light and air. The windows are framing the beautiful Tuscan countryside. On bright days it is possible to glimpse the sea.
In the living room there is a fireplace, tv, stereo, dvd and a big table where the whole group can enjoy their Tuscan dinners. The kitchen is well equipped with micro, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kettle, espresso coffee machine, induction hob and oven.
On the ground floor there is also a wc and in the basement there is a laundry.
On the first floor there are three spacious double rooms and one bedroom with twin beds. In one of the bedrooms there is an extra bed. Two bathrooms with shower.
Heating, parking inside the property and internet wifi. Mosquito nets in the bedrooms. Aircondition.

In the garden close to the swimming pool there is a tennis court and a spacious, covered terrace with barbeque. There are also dressing-room and bathroom with shower. There is also an outdoor shower at the pool.
