This place is unsafe and it takes advantage of foreigners. We had issues and they did nothing in fact there was no one there after a certain time they lock the front doors and there’s no one at the front desk at all. We had a three night stay we left a couple hours after checking in and they robbed me and charged me for three nights even though we left because we felt unsafe even worse Expedia did nothing to help us!!

Ha delle potenzialità, ma è da rimodernare.

Purtroppo non possiamo fare una recensione positiva, nonostante i proprietari dell'hotel siano due persone di una certa età molto simpatiche e gentili. Una coppia che sicuramente avranno speso i loro risparmi per questa attività, ma dovranno cambiare il servizio di pulizia se vogliono migliorare le condizioni dell'hotel. Nonostante le zone di passaggio siano molto pulite, da guanto bianco, le zone più nascoste erano piene di polvere da mesi se non anni. Come le lampade delle camete, i battiscopa e anche la reception a primo impatto lascia a desiderare. L'arredamento sembra ancora quello degli anni '80 con i tessuti consumati. Insomma, ha molte potenzialità, è un bel hotel, ma va ripulito e rimodernato.

Ottima accoglienza, hotel molto famigliare. Struttura "normale" senza particolari eccellenze. Ottima location per business in zona. Wifi praticamente non funzionante (mi dicono causa maltempo), colazione mediocre, camera basica e non raggiungibile con ascensore, parcheggio scomodo, non accettata Amex (contrariamente a indicazioni Expedia se non erro)

Friendly, family run hotel

Very nice couple run the hotel. They waited up for us as we arrived late, and back again early to serve breakfast. Free parking behind the hotel, as well as continental breakfast in the morning. Rooms were clean, but have slept in more comfortable beds. Fine for a night when passing through, not a romantic getaway.

Très bon établissement

Séjour très agréable. L’hôtel est très confortable le petit déjeuner est délicieux avec des produits locaux. L’accueil est parfait.De plus l’hôtel possède un parking.C’est un établissement très convivial avec un très beau cadre.

フィレンツェとピサに行くため滞在。レンタカーでしたが、駐車場が少し止めづらく、ステーションワゴンではちょっと難有りでした。15時頃の到着でしたが、部屋の用意が出来ておらず10分程待ちました。お部屋は、水周りは清潔なものの狭く、冷蔵庫は壊れかけ。セーフティボックスは部屋にありますが、木製のため、あまり安全性を感じず。 通りに面した部屋で深夜以外は静かとは言い難い環境。3泊の滞在のうち、1泊はタオルが交換されただけでした。 またWiFiの入りが悪く、最後の1日のみ使えた状態です。ロビー付近にゲスト用パソコンはありますが、速くはなかったです。 レセプションの女性は感じがよく、とても親切ですが、他スタッフはイタリア語のみ。イタリア語が話せないと泊まるのは厳しい印象でした。 鉄道の駅までは徒歩10分、ピサまでは電車で1時間、フィレンツェまでは30分くらい。本数も、昼間は1時間に1-2本はあったかと。 また、ここでマダニの被害に。（ホテルではないかもですが、発見が朝だったので） 次回は別の町に泊まりたいと思います。

ottimo albergo a 20 minuti da firenze

Hotel abbastanza buono. La camera matrimoniale assegnataci era silenziosa, pulita e confortevole. Il bagno, provvisto di doccia era pulito, ampio, luminoso e dotato di tutto quanto necessario, set di cortesia e asciugacapelli. La colazione comprende un buffet dolce e salato con servizio al tavolo di bevande calde. Non mancano i diversi tipi di cereali, succhi di frutta, yogurt, frutta fresca e crostate fatte in casa.Si può tranquillamente parcheggiare o presso l'hotel oppure a pochi passi si trova un'area parking. Durante il ponte del 1 maggio a Firenze i prezzi erano saliti alle stelle per quei pochi hotel disponibili. Questa struttura alberghiera, invece, aveva ancora 4 camere disponibili e abbiamo affrontato una spesa veramente minima compresa la colazione, per 2 persone.

very good place

Very good place for stay few nights and visit Florence, Pisa and Lucca. Breakfast very simple but enough to eat something and drink tea or coffee. Car park is for very good drivers ;) it is at the second floor from the street. Silent and nice place, everyday cleaning of the room and nice people.

Eine positive Überraschung

Das Hotel wird sehr liebevoll von der Familie geführt. Da leider nur die Tochter englisch spricht, stellt sie den Kundenkontakt zu Nichtitalienern her. Das Hotel ist erfreulicherweise erst 10 Jahre alt und ist wirklich eine herausragende Abwechslung von den miserablen Absteigen, die für das gleiche Geld angeboten werden. Es sind eher 1-Sterne Hotels, die in der Preiskategorie zwischen 50€ und 100€ angesiedelt sind. Das l'Fiorino hat aber sogar 3 Sterne und ist sehr sauber. Einige Zimmer haben sogar einen Balkon mit Blick über die Toskana und für die drei Stöcke gibt es auch einen komfortablen Aufzug. Kein Schleppen der Koffer in den dritten Stock. Die Dusche hat ausreichenden Druck und das Badezimmer in blauweiss ist sogar ansprechend. Das moderne keycard System ist sehr nutzerfreundlich und öffnet die Tür auch bei spätem Heimkommen. Auch das Parkdeck ist gut ausgebaut und darf kostenlos vom Kunden genutzt werden.
