Amazing view of the balloons every morning. Arguebly the best view in Cappadocia so enjoy it every mirning and evening for spectacular views. The staff were beyond helpful and were always there is we needed help. Highly recommend and will forward the hotel to friends and family.

The staff were so amazing and very helpful. We felt very comfortable during our stay. Melissa at the reception was very knowledgeable about the attractions, bookings, flight changes and updates. etc. Hotel location was great. Lots of choices for breakfast. Great location and management
The location is fantastic and close to everything in the area. The best part of our stay was the host Mustafah. He and his team went above and beyond helping us book activities and transportation all at the last minute. Breakfast was Turkish and full of variety. Only request for future stays is fans or air conditioning in the rooms. We stayed in July and it was quite warm in the rooms even with the windows open.

Amazing hotel and fantastic staff
Hotel was fantastic - amazing views of the town and hot air balloons from the roof terrace and our room, staff were brilliant - incredibly attentive and helpful at all times, and hotel itself is a great mix between comfort and cave! I have no idea how this is only classed as a 3 star - it should be far higher!
