「Pictures and description were accurate. Owner very nice, but procedures could have been more forthcoming. Beds, pillows and towels were excellent. Window AC was below average in sweltering heat and not the best. Nice seating and tables, just small. When there was an issue, owner was on top of it. Overall positive stay. 2 BR cheaper than 2 hotel rooms. 」

「We had such a great experience at this stay. From how communicative the host is to feasibility of check in/out, the stay was stress free and accommodating. The host provided concise instructions, great hospitality and timely responses to questions which made this trip that more enjoyable. Everything was very well put together in the stay, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. I’d highly recommend this stay and will definitely rebook with the host in the future!」

「The neighborhood is pretty decent, although it looks like it is going through a rebuilding process at the time I stayed. The place was a bit dusty, the owner did not respond well when I needed it, some of the furniture was really cheap and wobbly, and the bed was horrible. I would say, in hindsight, I wish I had picked another place for the money I spent.」

「This was our first time in Washington and I would caution everyone to avoid NW if possible. Was convenient to the DC Streetcar however the unit is located almost directly over a liquor store and the walk to it was dicey. I wasn't aware but apparently pot is legal and used openly in public. Would not have brought the kids had I been warned. The unit itself was TINY. We felt pretty safe being on the 3rd floor but it was quite noisy from the traffic and late night partiers across the street....

「It was nice to have a clean, modern place to stay that is walking distance to Brookland, where my daughter lives. Hotels are not close to her so this was an excellent alternative. Modern appliances, great shower, and comfortable bed were a definite plus. The building and apartment are secure with codes locks. 」

「Before travelling to Washington I contacted the host to verify that the sofa in this unit was a pull out; we needed two sleeping areas. The host assured me that it was. Upon arrival, we discovered that it was not. The host eventually moved us to another unit. Communication with the host was not easy. As for this property, I would not recommend it. "浴槽で汚水の流れが非常に悪く、フロントに修理を依頼しなければならなかった。 シャワーの水圧が非常に弱い。 室内Safty Box（金庫）が故障していた。フロントに修理依頼したが、無視され、使用出来ないまま過ごした。 body soapが充分に補充されてなく、最終日の朝はシャワーが出来なかった。 ベッドサイドにある時計も故障、使用出来なかった。 これまで宿泊したHiltonの中で、朝食のメニューが最も貧弱であった。 隣室で女性3人が大音量で音楽をかけ続け、大声で騒ぎ、ものすごい物音をたてる。午前 1時頃フロントに抗議するも、隣人の迷惑行為はしばらくやまず、2時間程度しか眠れなかった。 WAS滞在の場合は、他のホテルを強く薦める。"
