Villa with pool has double plus infinity pool for children and spacious spa Villa 220 M², sits on the heights of Capesterre 300 M from the beach, the villa offers breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea, the blue lagoon of Capesterre, the Dominica and Martinique.


The Villa is located on the heights of Capesterre with a view of the lagoon, Dominica and Martinique.

It has four furnished bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet, one with a king size bed and the other two twin beds in 90 cm.

It has a large living room with a sofa bed, a fitted kitchen, hammocks on the terrace allow you to enjoy the trade winds and stunning views over the lagoon while sipping ti'punch.

It can accommodate up to 10 people, is located in a quiet spot in a tropical garden enclosed 1500m²entièrement, 300 meters from the sea we hear the surf.

Further you will find beautiful beaches of the Caribbean: Beach Feuillère, handle range etc ..

Maison très agréable
Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette maison. La première impression n’était pas super positive car la maison est un peu vieillotte mais nous y avons passé un super séjour. La cuisine qui donne sur la terrasse extérieur est vraiment très agréable, et cette vue n’en parlons pas.. Certaines literies seraient à revoir et des ventilateurs au plafond ou des clims dans les deux chambres n’étant pas équipées seraient idéals. Pour le reste rien a dire c’était parfait ! Merci

Superbe maison avec une vue magnifique et une piscine idéale. On a adoré. Les proprios sont très sympas et arrangeants. Cuisine très bien équipée. .. bref on y retournera avec plaisir

Deux chambres intérieures à climatiser. Et le préciser dans l'annonce. Le matelas de la chambre 2 à. changer. Évacuation des eaux usées à vérifier ainsi que le jacuzzi. Cuisine bien équipée.

Très agréable maison, très grande et confortable.. belle piscine avec vue exceptionnelle
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle villa très spacieuse et bien équipée. Piscine, jaccusi vraiment un plus avec vue grandiose sur la mer et capesterre. 10 jours sans les sargasses qui malheureusement sont revenues en fin de séjour. Mais pas de mauvaises odeurs sur les hauteurs. Espérons revenir l'année prochaine....

Belle piscine, très belle vue imprenable, belle villa malgré un manque d’entretien au niveau du bâtiment, il manque également à l’arrivée d’un fond de cuisine (produits de première nécessité) nous avons passés malgré tout un très bon séjour
