the large window. The design is functionally ideal for both cooking and
socialising. Additionally, the property includes a washing machine to
ensure a convenient stay.
The living room is cosy and inviting with dark leather sectional sofas
arranged to create a comfortable and relaxing sitting area. The space
includes a Smart TV with Netflix and DSTV channels for your
entertainment, a Hydrofire Dual Fuel Combo Braai, and air conditioning.
From the lounge, you can step out onto your private balcony, which
provides breathtaking views of Bloubergstrand and the Atlantic Ocean,
with Table Mountain in the background. The scenery is truly
captivating. Additionally, guests will have access to secure parking
and a shared outdoor pool.
The three bedrooms are homey and tastefully decorated, fitted with
Smart TVs, air conditioning, and glass sliding doors providing access
to the balcony displaying the stunning ocean and mountain scenery. The
main bedroom features central heating and an en-suite bathroom with a
steam shower, while the other two rooms make use of a shared bathroom,
both fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and basin with vanity. All
linen and towels are included in your stay.

All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the
property, which is situated at Athens Rd, Table View, Cape Town, 7441.
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them
knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
