「I took a taxi ($29) to the Baraka Guesthouse and upon arrival the gate was closed. I pressed the doorbell button and the person inside said there were no rooms. I told her I had a confirmation from Hotels.com and she acknowledged that she saw that, but regardless I couldn’t enter. I had to find an alternative at additional cost, plus taxi fare. 」

「The staff was super attentive to every need and made the stay all the better. 」

「This hotel is absolutely stunning and easily one of the most beautiful places we had the chance to stay at during our trip to South Africa. The property and grounds are gorgeous, but what made our stay even more special was the staff, everyone was incredibly warm, welcoming, attentive, and kind. We were celebrating our honeymoon and were so thoughtfully treated to a room upgrade, a bottle of sparkling wine, chocolates, and so many other lovely little touches throughout our stay. It truly made...

「Very nice hotel. Can confidently recommend. We could enjoy there and relaxed a lot. Good service, clean room, good hospitality, etc all were perfect but one. We had a dinner and breakfast in the restaurant within the hotel. The quality is unfortunately not so good. 」

「Hotel is well maintained and worth the 5 star rating.」

「The room was absolutely beautiful...clean, upscale amenities with an amazing view! We have never felt such personal service on this level...every single person we came across was incredible helpful, kind and willing to go above and beyond! I am a type 1 diabetic and we were celebrating our milestone birthdays with this trip, and not only did they send a beautiful chocolate birthday cake, but they listed the ingredients which were all a part of my low carb meal plan! It was incredible! The...

「A hotel totally lack of hospitality. I paid humble amount of money to them but only to be provided with nothing but disappointment.」
