学会出張で利用しました。大学のある街。空港からのタクシーは予約しておきました。小さいながら整えられた可愛い庭を過ぎて玄関へ。フロント係は毎日替わりますがどの方も親切で、こちらのつたない英語にも辛抱して対応していただき、当日前日からのツアーやレストラン、交通手段の予約の相談にのってもらえました。空き時間に行ったペンギンのくる浜辺もテーブルマウンテンも喜望峰を含む半島ツアーも大満足です。部屋に置いてある案内に、街中のおすすめレストランが挙げられてて参考になります。清潔さについては何も問題ないです。アメニティは揃ってたと思いますが自分でも持って行きました。朝ごはんはバイキングですが、卵料理は選べて出来立てがテーブルにきます。スーパーは歩いて10分くらいのところにあります。ほかに水とかスナックを置いてるタバコ屋もあるけど地元民さんと距離が近くて少し怖かったかな。でも南アフリカのイメージと違ってとても穏やかな空気の流れるいい街です。夕暮れに染まるワイン畑と山々には心が洗われました。

Struttura davvero bella e curata in ottima posizione per fare due passi in città. Piuttosto sicura quindi la sera siamo riusciti ad andare a piedi a mangiare in un ristorante. Parcheggio privato davanti all'hotel. La camera loft è un po' piccola ma comoda e dotata di tutto il necessario per stare bene (bisogna fare 2 rampe di scale per arrivarci e non c'è ascensore quindi se non potere farle fatevi dare una stanza al piano terra). Buona la colazione e il giardino meraviglioso! Il personale accogliente ci ha anche consigliato alcune winery di zona da cui godere un ottima vista.

This is the second time that I've stayed at this hotel and everything has been wonderful. It's a quiet neighborhood across the street from the Botanical Garden, yet it's a five minute walk into the center of Stellenbosch. The property itself is a comfortable B&B with every detail considered, but overall it's the staff who make every stay there a memorable one.

Dear erick I am baffled by your 6 out of 10. You requested a late arrival and we went out of our way to accommodate your request and then you left early the next morning after breakfast, so you did not have much opportunity to enjoy our property. I specifically enquired if everything went well with the late arrival and if you enjoyed your stay and your answer was positive. We would prefer if guests gave us feedback while staying with us so we can improve their experience.

A wonderful B&B two minutes walk from the heart of Stellenbosch! The hotel Is an old cozy house with wonderful staff who really make you feel at home. The hotel is across the street from the botanical gardens and a short walk to the heart of Stellenbosch. I couldn’t recommend it more highly!

Good place at Stellenbosch
Good hotel, great room, disappointed to have to do the checkin online when we arrived at the hotel. The pool is small and the water was not very clean but the room was very nice! Hotel expensive

An enjoyable 2 night stay in Stellenbosch at Bonne Esperance. Handy location to town and amenities, across the road from the Botanical Gardens and a comfortable stay with great service. The breakfast choices were excellent.

What a gem of a boutique guest house in the heart of Stellenbosch. Modern day comforts within the quaintness of a Victorian home. Award winning gardens to gaze upon whilst enjoying freshly made breakfasts and teas. Friendly, enthusiastic staff willing to make every request seem a pleasure. Nespresso coffee maker AND milk frother that I haven’t found in 5* hotels across the globe! Top amenities and best linen.

Reception was excellent and extremely responsive to our needs. They permitted an early check-in and upgraded our room to compensate for us having to leave night earlier than planned.. The private wine tour that they arranged for us was wonderful. Breakfast was lovely. The property is eloquent and in an excellent location for exploring the city by foot. We loved our stay.

lovely, colonial-style guesthouse 3 mins walk from the city centre and the university.
