everything you’ll need for a comfortable self-catering stay, including
a dishwasher and a washing machine for added convenience. The counter
is accompanied by two barstools, creating an intimate seating area.
The stylish lounge features contemporary décor, furnished with a cosy
sofa, a coffee table, and a mounted flat-screen television with
internet access throughout the property. Large sliding doors open onto
the balcony, which is fitted with seating for two next to the outdoor
braai. Guests will also have access to the communal pool as well as a
secure parking space within the apartment complex.
The bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with a comfortable queen-size
bed, complete with plush bedding, and features a spacious wardrobe. The
bathroom includes a walk-in shower, a washbasin with a vanity, and a
toilet. Linen and towels are provided with your stay.

All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the
property, which is situated at Moolman Cl, Bloubergstrand, Cape Town, 7436.
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them
knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
