In the living room there is a large 65" flat screen TV that you can enjoy along with free Wi-Fi and local stations. If your group wants to watch different things there are 43" flat screen TVs located in all the bedrooms.
In the kitchen you will find the appliances needed to cook delicious meals and snacks. There are two barstools at the kitchen counter to gather around while cooking meals. There is also a formal dining table that seats 6 guests, and from the dining room, you will have direct access to the lanai.

The pool is operated by remote, their is luxurious new lanai furniture, a beverage refrigerator, as well as a 55 inch flat screen TV! There are newly added barstools for the outside bar. The grill is located just by the pool so you can whip up delicious meals outside and there is plenty of seating with a dining set and lounge style seating for 6 guests.

Just past the lanai, you will get to take in the incredible views of the canal which leads to direct gulf access. Down by the gulf, guests will find an incredible boat dock where you can take in the sun, enjoy a cocktail, and even fish! Utilize the homes personal fishing poles and fish cleaning station to fully take advantage of the dock! There is outdoor seating at the dock so you can fully enjoy those Florida sunrises and sunsets. And although you probably are already completely in love with Cape Sea Esta, this home also offers kayaks and bicycles to use during your stay.
This home is conveniently located in a prime Southwest quiet neighborhood just a short walking distance from Publix, award winning restaurants, tennis and pickleball and a homemade ice cream parlor. It is also 5 minutes away from Cape Harbor live music. However, if you want to get there a little quicker, you can always use the bikes on property available for your use! For our beach lovers, it is important to note that Villa Cape Sea Esta is less than a 15 minute drive to Cape Coral Yacht Club's Public Beach, making it the perfect place to stay if you are looking for a fun beach day!
