This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home sleeps 6 guests, featuring a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a twin bedroom with two twin beds — ideal for families or friends traveling together.

Inside, you'll find a large living room perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun, a dining room for shared meals, a fully equipped kitchen, and a laundry room for added convenience. With vaulted ceilings, large sliding glass doors, and contemporary coastal touches, the open layout feels bright, airy, and welcoming.

Step outside to your private tropical oasis — a heated, east-facing pool with a basketball hoop right in the pool and a tranquil waterfall. Lounge on the sun loungers, grill your favorites on the propane grill, catch a game on the outdoor TV, or gather around the fire pit in the evening. The dock provides a serene spot to sit and enjoy Cape Coral's breathtaking sunsets.

For outdoor fun, bicycles, paddle boards, and beach gear are provided, making it easy to explore the neighborhood, the canals, or nearby beaches.
Right across the street, Camelot Park offers horseshoe pits, picnic shelters with BBQ grills, playground equipment (for ages 2–12), a walking trail, and two lighted tennis courts with pickleball lines. Plus, Coral Harbour is just minutes away, with waterfront dining, boutique shopping, and entertainment.

* * This home welcomes up to two small dogs (under 35 lbs, non-aggressive breeds only) with prior approval. A nonrefundbale pet fee is required and covers standard pet cleaning.

Please note: This home has a minimum age requirement of 25 to book the home, children are welcome to stay in our homes with an adult over 25 years old. A rental agreement will be emailed to you after booking and must be signed prior to your arrival. Smoking is not allowed on the property. Kayaks and paddle boards are to be used at your own risk. The boat and boat lift shown at the property are privately owned and not available for guest use. Guests are welcome to tie off their own boat at the dock, but the boat lift may not be used under any circumstances. The vehicle parked in the driveway is not available for guest use and should not be touched.

Security Cameras: This home is equipped with exterior security cameras for the safety and security of our guests, neighbors, and property. Cameras are located at the front door and sides of home. Cameras monitor exterior areas only. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private outdoor areas where guests have a reasonable expectation of privacy.

For your convenience your home will be stocked with a one-time, complimentary starter kit of the following items: toilet paper (3 rolls per bathroom); paper towels (1 roll); soap (1 bar or liquid soap each at the shower and bathroom sink); dish soap, for washing dishes by hand (1 small bottle); dish soap, for dishwasher (enough for 6 loads); laundry detergent (small bottle) (enough for 6 loads; 1 small package dryer sheets); trash bags (1 in each trash can; extras under the kitchen sink); coffee pods (1 per guest for first day).
