With 2 bathrooms equipped with a shower, bathtub, and hair dryer, guests will feel right at home. Enjoy amenities like Pool, Boat Dock, heating, WiFi, iron, washing machine, and AC during your stay. Lanai offers a moveable bar and TV. Outdoor living is abundant with a pool, picture frame cage, canal for boaters & large dock with a 10,000 boat lift & oversized canopy. The dock highlights a custom built fireplace featuring a wood burning pizza oven and grilling area perfect for outdoor cooking and entertaining. The yard is lush and green with patio and landscaped areas showcasing banana and mango trees & greenery. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place.
