Big & Beautiful 3 BR/ 2 BA + Den ~Wifi, Pool & Sailboat Access

Beautiful house in desirable SW Cape Coral area. Situated in a salt water canal with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. No bridges no locks! Relax at home, swim in the pool overlooking the canal or fish off your own boat dock. The house is located in a beautiful and quite neighborhood, close to resturants & stores.

This spacious waterfront vacation home totaling over 3600 square feet with over 2100 square feet of living area is tastefully furnished throughtout. It has all new furniture, beds, linen, towels and TV's.
The house is a split model where you can enjoy your privacy on one side of the house (with access to the pool) and the guests or children on the other side. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a 32' Flat TV and access to the pool. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a beautiful view of palm trees . The third bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is also a den where you can read or use your computer.
The house has a Great Room with an open model plan and a new 47' Flat TV. So, come over and enjoy our home!

Terrific Stay

Just returned from a week at this property and would definately book again. The house was perfect for my family and the pool was delightful and warm. The neighborhood was very quiet and a great place for walking. The home was also centrally located and easy access to reach Sanibel, Captiva and Ft. Myers. The property manager was absolutely wonderful, responsive and very knowledgeable. We would not hesitate to book again!

Owner & manager friendly/helpful. The pool was way to hot to enjoy. That was reported & scheduled for repairs. I want to be honest we felt the house was central to where we wanted to visit, plus we were close to good restaurants & grocery stores. But the house needs a good deep cleaning, master bed needs new sheets, & pillows. (Sheets fit poorly as well) Carpets need cleaning. I did mention this & more to manager. Older home which is fine, furnishings good, kitchen utensils good, air conditioner worked perfectly. We liked having fox news available on TV. No problem for us but den is off limits.

Great place. 30 minutes from Sanibel or Fort Meyers Beach!

We had a great time at the house. Very roomy, quiet neighborhood, had bikes and fishing poles for us to use. We caught fish in the canal and even saw a few dolphins. We traveled to Sanibel Island and Fort Meyers Beach, both are about 30 minutes if no bridge traffic. The house was clean and had a well stocked kitchen. We had a nice time!

My husband and I really enjoyed the property. It is situated in a wonderful, quiet area, and the property manager was terrific. All the appliances are new and the pool was a delightful after our socially-isolated winter. A family of Mocking Birds live in the area and provide a great deal of entertainment.

Best stay for a family of six! Pictures of house do not do it justice! Will book again!

To start off, the house is in one of the best neighborhoods I’ve been in. Everything you need in one house. A private pool, a dock out back, and excellent management! Mary was very inviting. The owners did a good job with the house. The master bed was so comfortable! Best sleep I’ve had in awhile. We booked this for two adults, a 9 year old, a 8, 3 and infant baby and we didn’t want to leave! We loved the pool and watching boats go by in the morning. The garage had everything you need for the beach! There’s a kayak too! A grill out by the pool and lots of cookware! It’s worth it to book again. I had family and friends asking about this place for future stays. Great area too! We could’ve stayed there and enjoyed the pool if we wanted too. And they gave us an extra hour for check out that I was very thankful for. I’m telling you if you are on the fence just book it! Thanks for letting us stay in your home Ed & Sonya!

The owner was great to work with in providing HD tv for us .Mary Jane the property owner was also very informative of the attractions and food places. Pool was great temperature, very comfortable living room furniture and beds were great. Very spacious home with two master suites. Would consider renting again.

We booked this 4th of July trip last minute. The property manager, Mary Jane, was very responsive and helpful. The house was great. We were able to tie our 22’ boat to the dock with their boat in the boat lift.

TWO Master Suites

The house is nicer than the photographs show. For example, the furniture is all leather recliner sofas. Very comfortable. Secondly, besides a master suite, on the opposite side of the house, the queen bedroom has a private entrance to the bathroom. For two couples staying here, this means two master suites. (If there is a third party using the twin bedroom, they have a hallway entrance to the bathroom shared with the queen bedroom.) The pool was very warm and of a decent size. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet yet close to all of the attractions of Cape Coral. This would include the harbor area, the community yacht club, shopping at Coralwood shopping center, Pine Island, and the Cape Coral Parkway. We took a sailing cruise out of Fort Myers Beach and, with no traffic (lucky!), got there in under a half an hour. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone.

We have been renting in Cape Coral for the last three years. Loved spending a month in this home. Location was quiet and access to everything was convenient. The property manager didn’t excellent job of addressing any questions or issues that we had. Would definitely go back again.

Exactly what we were looking for in a stay in Cape Coral

My wife and year old son stayed at this property for a week in late February. The house was clean and well maintained, and met all of our needs during our stay. There have even been improvements made to the house that are not shown in the VRBO photos. Most importantly, there were no surprises, which made our stay nice and relaxing. The owners and property manager were very inviting and open to communication which made our stay that much better.

Very Clean and Spacious and was the perfect distance between area beaches!!!

This property was the perfect fit for our family. The heated pool was just what we needed to relax when we weren't running and the location couldn't have been better when we were!! Plenty of great restaurants near by and 37 minutes to either Fort Meyers Beach or Sanibel Island. The owners were wonderful and responsive and the property manager was very helpful with checking in and out, and with area recommendations for fun and necessities. Just a great experience!!! The property is as beautiful as you see in the pictures. Everyone in our group just love it..
