Beautiful canal view, direct Gulf access, gorgeous heated saltwater pool!

This lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is located in the highly desired Yacht Club area of SE Cape Coral. This location is close to restaurants and shopping by car, as well as minutes from open water and the Gulf of Mexico by boat. There are no bridges or locks to go through on your way by boat to the Caloosahatchee River! If traveling by car, you are also only minutes from the Cape Coral Bridge that heads across to the Ft Myers area and Sanibel Island.

The saltwater heated pool and lanai area overlooking the canal provides a relaxing space to swim, dine, read, or relax. If you like to fish, you can fish right from the dock and catch the night’s dinner! Grill your catch using the gas grill provided. If kayaking is more your liking, there are kayaks (with life jackets) for your use — leave right from the dock! At this time, the boat lift is not available for use by renters. But you are more than welcome to bring your boat (or rent one) and tie it up at the dock. A short, 20-25 minute, boat ride will have you at Sanibel's breathtaking beaches!

The 17 feet of glass sliding doors leads from the lanai back into the family room area - complete with couches, smart TV, and game table.

Each bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, smart TV, laundry basket, alarm clock, dresser, and ceiling fan for your comfort.

Laundry is available in the garage so that you can dry those wet suits and towels! Also, there are assorted pool floats, beach chairs, beach umbrella, soft sided cooler and fishing poles for your use.

For security reasons, there is an active Ring Camera at the front door enclosure that captures footage of the front entrance, yard, garage, and driveway. There is also one in the backyard dock/pool area attached to the outside of the pool cage, near the shed. This one captures video of the lanai, pool, dock and yard areas. However, this one will be turned off when your party arrives and for the duration of your stay, unless we have reason to believe that you are in violation of our house rules. If this is the case, we may briefly use the backyard Ring camera to check on the condition of our property. Violations can result in extra charges, or early termination of your stay.

Beautifully updated home with easy access by boat to river and gulf. Comfortable accommodations with all the amenities you would have in your own home. You needn’t bring anything but your suitcase! Ample space and seating in the living/dining area that completely opens to the outdoor patio with gorgeous heated pool — chef’s kiss! Everything is in good working order, and I loved that all the light switches and dials/buttons were labeled, a tip I’m stealing for my own vacation rental. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

My husband and our kids stayed at this home and had such a wonderful experience. We absolutely loved the layout of the house—it was very comfortable and made it easy for our whole family to relax and feel right at home. The heated saltwater pool was a huge highlight for us; we swam every single day and truly enjoyed it.My husband also made great use of the kayak and fishing gear, and one of his outings was especially memorable—he got to see both a manatee and a dolphin, which was such a cool experience.Jennifer was an amazing host—very hospitable and always quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall, we had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend this home to others.

This was a terrific property! Very clean and a quiet neighborhood great for an after dinner walk or swim in the lovely pool. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. We really appreciated the beach towels and blankets since we happened to be here on a couple of colder mornings. Jennifer was great at communicating and we had a wonderful stay!

Thank you for letting us rent your home! The week there was the perfect getaway for us. When we walked in, we knew we would be comfortable there. The pool was a delight as was the seating by the canal. The large sliding glass doors to the lanai created a beautiful view for us whether we were inside or out. The layout of the home was wonderful. We loved all the seating options – inside and outside. We had friends that live in the area stop by and commented on how it would be perfect for a family with children or several couples, allowing each to do their own thing if they wanted to. Lots of books and games, too! It was also perfect for just the two of us. I enjoy cooking so I was pleasantly surprised by the nice pans. Not a scratched up non-stick pan in sight! Yay! There were plenty of utensils, silverware and plates. Our queen bed with the en-suite bath was so comfortable! The en-suite was lovely – the shower was great. The other two bedrooms were decorated nicely – bright and cheerful. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant. Jennifer went above and beyond to make sure our stay was over the top. She was prompt at responding to any of our questions. She made us feel comfortable and we would highly recommend this home for others. We will be back.

The pool and outside deck was the highlight of the home. We stayed over Christmas and house was clean but we found dust due to a few houses demo on street. The shower water was brown and rusty when 1st used. Did turn clear after a few minutes. It would have been nicer if someone did a quick clean or touch up for new guests. Many seating areas for family to spread out. Liked the sceened patio area made for nice family games outside. We have stayed at many vrbos near the holidays and they try to make it feel like holiday spirit. I get that many people don't celebrate Christmas but house had no signs of the holidays. We did purchase a tree and left for next year if they choose. Jennifer was quick to respond to all questions and very helpful. House was in great neighborhood and close stores, restaurants and many attractions. BBQ was not cleaned and we had to clean to be able to use. Would be nice to have more real glassware. I understand plastic by pool but all plastic not for me. I like real glass my preference.Great amount of beach supplies, chairs, towls, sand toys, umbrella etc . They had kayak but we never used. The pictures of house on line are accurate. We had a wonderful time and would stay again.

Location and communication was great. We had an issue that was addressed right away and was even reimbursed some for the inconvenience. Quiet neighborhood and very relaxing. The pool and outside area was the best. I do recommend to bring your own personal fan as it does stay a little warm in the house. Only thing I would recommend is better lighting in the master bedroom as it was hard to see to get ready when the blinds were closed. Overall the house had what we needed.

Amazing stay!!

Home is clean and well stocked! Pool area is amazing!! Host is very kind and quick to respond! Home is located in a great area! Close to everything we wanted to do and see! Quiet neighborhood!!! We loved the kayaks! The swim deck in the pool was perfect for the kids and they loved the bright lights at night! Zero complaints and nothing we can think of to improve! Would absolutely stay here again!!!

Great stay!

We had a great eight nights at the house. Our 8 year old boys LOVED the pool and played in it every afternoon. Great location - we had a rental so driving to and from was no biggie. The size was perfect for the four of us and we were able to spread out when we wanted to. Would love to stay again!!

Fun family vacation

Our family of 4 had a great time here. We especially enjoyed the pool and canal in the backyard. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing, and close to restaurants and stores. We were able to take a few trips to Ft. Meyers beach and enjoyed the beach chairs and toys available at the house to bring along with us. We spent a lot of our time in the heated pool and the shallow end was perfect for our young children, under 3 yrs old. Jennifer was very accommodating and easy to get ahold of throughout the process. Would highly recommend for families!

Lovely rental with pool

We loved every minute in this rental, very nice outdoor area with pool, dining and lounge area. The kids (2&5) especially loved the shallow part of the pool where they could play forever. The house was in great area for exploring Cape Coral and surroundings. The host was very helpful with all my questions and was very quick on responding.
