"Just Beachy", a charming 3 BR, 2 1/2 bath Duplex perfect for group vacation!

“Just Beachy” is brand new to our vacation rental program! A charming three bedroom, two and a half bath, duplex unit that sleeps 9 located in the heart of the historic area Cape Charles, named by Southern Living Magazine as one of the “South’s Best Beach Towns”. Easy access to the town’s extensive soft-sand beach, fishing pier and 5 Acre Central Park. “Just Beachy” is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing, fun-filled vacation. Plenty of outdoor spaces, including a cozy back deck, a spacious backyard, a Juliet balcony and a charming front porch. Plenty of space for your whole group!
The main level has a living room, dining room, large well-equipped kitchen with kitchen island seating, and a full bathroom as well as a half bathroom. Sleeps 9 people with sleeper sofa.
The second level has three spacious bedrooms and one full bathroom. The first bedroom has one king bed. The second guest bedroom has two twin daybeds with pull out twin trundles. The third guest bedroom has a queen bed which includes balcony access. This unit can sleep up to 9 guests with the sleeper sofa. Enjoys fenced-in backyard offering privacy screens, gas grill and outdoor seating for 8. There are multiple televisions including living room and every bedroom, Roku devices, high speed broadband internet, washer/dryer, etc.
Just a few minutes from the Historic Area of Cape Charles, offering casual and fine dining including fresh seafood, BBQ, pizza, Italian, sushi, American Southern-style cuisine, bakeries, fudge, amazing ice cream, and Hawaiian-style shave ice. Plus, boutiques, art galleries, library, Park with bandstand, fishing pier, museum, live theatre, free summer band concerts, 3rd Thursday festivities at the Cape Charles beach, 4th of July parades, Friday Night at Lemon Tree, Grand Illumination, Festive Fridays and lighted golf cart parade at Christmas and much more.
Drive, walk, or go by electric golf cart to get around town. Rentals for golf carts, kayaks, paddleboards, and jet skis are available in town. Recently named by Coastal Living magazine as one of the happiest beach towns in America!

Love Cape Charles

Great house, nice kitchen, comfortable beds and loved sitting on the front porch. Parking was difficult. The people in the other side of the duplex had 3 cars and two golf carts which made it impossible to park in front of the house. It is a very busy street, so be careful with kids. Easy walking to everything.Check-in was easy! Very comfortable home!
