A beautiful holiday home near the coast by Capdepera in Majorca, Es Claper consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people. The child-friendly holiday home includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the bedrooms, a washing machine, a fireplace (wood not provided), electric radiators, a fan and a television. A cot and highchair are both available upon request. Outside, you will find a private garden, as well as a terrace with both open and covered areas, along with a grill. The nearest supermarket is in Capdepera, which is 5 minutes (500m) walk away. In the small village you will also find some tapas bars. The nearest beach is the white sandy beach at Cala Moll, which is just a couple of minutes (200m) away on foot. Ich/wir waren von dem Ferienhaus sehr positiv überrascht! Kein altes und abgewohntes Objekt, sondern es wirklich alles super, ordentlich, sauber und schick und liebevoll eingerichtet! Sehr angenehme Vermieter, die beim Eintreffen vor Ort waren und alles ausführlich erklärt haben. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht und in ausreichender Menge (Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser). Toller Hof/Terrasse hinter dem Haus, wo man vor Straßengeräuschen geschützt Zeit unter dem großen, schattenspendenden Baum verbringen kann. 5 Gehminuten an den Strand, 10 Gehminuten zu der langgezogenen Strandpromenade. Alles in allem ein wahrlich tolles Ferienhaus und ein schöner Kurzurlaub in Cala Rajada

Tolle uns saubere Unterkunft mit guter Lage, 150m zum Sandstrand.

Pros: Der Garten hinter dem Haus und die Ruhe dort, Küche gut ausgestattet und geräumige Zimmer. Sogar für sechs Personen genug Platz. Cons: Das vordere Schlafzimmer liegt zur Staße, etwas laut in der Nacht bei geöffnetem Fenster. Matratzen in den anderen Schlafzimmern waren etwas besser, aber noch ok!
