In Capbreton, this pleasant apartment is located on the first floor of a residence. You'll enjoy a large living room opening onto a sheltered balcony with a barbecue, as well as a beautiful, fully renovated and fully equipped open-plan kitchen. A Dolce Gusto coffee maker is also included. The sleeping area includes a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) opening onto a balcony with a beautiful unobstructed view of the rugby field, and another bedroom located on the mezzanine level, equipped with two single beds (90cm). A beautiful, bright and modern bathroom completes this accommodation. A private parking space completes the property. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rental price. To be paid before arrival: tourist tax and accommodation deposit by credit card only.

Appartement très agréable â vivre , calme , entouré de verdure , remarquablement bien équipé . Il faut se déplacer en voiture mais tout ( plage , port , village , commerces ) est proche et sans difficulté d accès .
