Welcome to "I Tre Cipressi", a welcoming villa located in the heart of Capannori, 10 minutes from the historic centre of Lucca, perfect for families, couples and groups of friends who want a comfortable and relaxing stay experience.

This 110 sqm house offers an ideal environment for a pleasant stay, with two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room, which can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. The accommodation includes a king-size double bed, a sofa bed and two single beds, ensuring flexibility and comfort for all guests.

The property boasts numerous services that make it particularly attractive. It has an external private parking with 2 car spaces, ideal for those travelling by car. Relaxation lovers can enjoy the private 2x4 metre swimming pool, perfect for refreshing during hot summer days, the pool is open from 1 May to 30 September.

The house is equipped with air conditioning and individual gas heating, ensuring optimal comfort in every season. The American-style kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven and coffee machine, allowing guests to prepare delicious meals.

Common areas include a welcoming living room area, a dining area and a balcony overlooking a private 600 sqm fenced garden. The house also has free WiFi, TV and numerous comforts such as iron, coffee machine and kettle.

Its location and accessibility make it an excellent choice for exploring the beautiful city of Lucca and also Capannori with its beautiful historic villas.

The villa was absolutely beautiful and spotless. It was equipped with everything we needed, including modern air conditioning & a smart TV, and we felt very well looked after by our host, Gessa. I stayed here for a week with my wife and two daughters, and we all thoroughly enjoyed our time. The location is excellent, close to the stunning cities of Lucca, Florence, and Pisa, and just a 40-minute drive to the coast. There are several restaurants, a bakery, and a supermarket all within walking distance, which was very convenient. We would highly recommend this villa!
