As soon as we got Expedia involved, they reimbursed us, but it was frustrating to deal with while tired from traveling. Other than that, the hotel itself was lovely with hot water in the shower a lovely breakfast and convenient location."

"The 'muchachos' were very helpful and responsive to requests. They speak both English and Spanish. They organised taxis as needed, were very flexible to time of serving meals, and provided advice to seeing the sights. Rooms were clean the the place felt very comfortable and welcoming. The views of Puno and the lake were spectacular and you can walk on the property to see amazing views to the north and east. Wonderful for photography.
