"The front desk staff were very helpful and considerate. We had arrived early and although we couldn’t get in our room as it wasn’t ready, the woman (I wish I had got her name) at the front desk tried very hard to make us comfortable. The outdoor patio was lovely and the location is excellent with a beach across then street and a short walk to Old Town."

Breakfast very good Spa ridiculously overpriced; therefore not used by us Room service excellent but room spoilt by obviously flooding by shower; in fact shower flooded every time it was used and had to use towels to mop up. "Breakfast was served in the 6th floor of the hotel which had a magnificent view of the Mediterranean. It was a beautiful setting. Unfortunately the service did not measure up to the setting. I had finished my buffet breakfast before I got my Americano coffee. We had dinner at the same location that evening and it was very slow in getting our drinks as well. Other than that, the service was excellent. The concierge was outstanding. But for a 5 star hotel you expect more efficient service in their dining facilities."
