Cozy one-bedroom flat for up to five guests, located on the 4th floor of a building with lift and a shared outdoor pool, only 370mt from the beach. It is composed of a living/dining room with a trundle bed, an open plan kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed plus a single bed, a full bathroom with shower (curtains), and a nice balcony. It comes with one uncovered parking spot. A/C is available at an additional cost (check below).°Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid June/early September): exact dates may vary due to weather or maintenance.
