We were shoved to some room in the corner, extremely small, no kettle or coffee station, blinds on and locked so completely dark, next to a busy road so noisy, room felt small, dingy and uninviting. Amazing place! Rooms are gorgeous with spectacular views. Pool and sauna area is beautiful with the same lovely views. Made to feel very welcome with some lovely touches in the rooms and communal spaces. Buffet breakfast was delicious and meal boxes a wonderful idea.
