"Property was as advertised with all of the accommodations that a weekend get away could offer. The check-in process and access to the property was easy. I was pleasantly surprised by the deer and little fox that kept making an appearance. Would definitely stay again if the occasion calls for a get away."

"Our party was 4 married couples, and 2 dogs. The house exceeded expectations and I would not hesitate to rent it again. Plenty of space and things to do if too hot or rainy for outside activity or if you just want to chill inside and play games. If anything the decsriptions are modest. One bedroom is a mini suite on first level with en suite bath. Great for a family or group of kids to isolate as needed. The master is absolutely fantastic, a half story above game room. Two bedrooms are on main floor, one with en suite the other next to full bath. The 5th is kind of funky with separate entrance on main floor via garage or first deck. It's the one with murphy bed and mini kitchen. Has a half bath. Having a shower in this bedroom is the only improvement I can think of but it's not a negative. Plenty of space for multi activities and just spreading out when needed. Deer roam neighborhood to enhance strolls. The house was very clean and instructions clear. Be sure to read carefully because things like salt and pepper and other perishables are not provided. That's ok because pre trip guidance is clear. Property managers were easy to work with and considerate. Hard to understand what a legitimate negative comment would be from anyone. Have I mentioned this is a great getaway house?!? "

The view from the house is beautiful and the location was great! We spent days on the Canyon lake and the Guadeloupe river, both within a 15 minute drive. "
