Perfect place to come relax, recharge and enjoy the hill-country living.

Take a dip in our pool, relax in the sauna or jacuzzi. Take a 10 min walk or 3 min drive to the neighborhood lake/beach area. Perfect for hiking, fishing or kayaking. Dogs love to swim and run free.
The space
Enjoy two private, modern bedrooms with queen sized beds and an upstairs loft with a king size bed & balcony. Home includes two bathrooms with showers,
open kitchen to small living area. Kitchen is 100% functional with sink,
dishwasher, oven, microwave and gas stove. House includes full size washer & dryer, full size projector, wet bar & arcade game machine. Towels and linens
included.


Drive way access for 4 vehicles, we have parking for boat, jet ski or trailer
Other things to note: Private property. Common areas include pool & sauna. Your house will include your own private grill, porch, fire pit, and green area.

Easter Weekend Getaway

Overall wonderful stay. Just a relaxing and the family really enjoyed their selfs. There was something to do throughout the whole stay. Whether it be in the hot tub, playing board games, watching TV outside, or relaxing in the pool, it was a good family time type of vibe. Also, Larry was very accommodating throughout our stay and very helpful. Definitely planning another stay in the future.

Beautiful and relaxing

Wonderful relaxing weekend vacation for myself, husband and 3 kids. We enjoyed the hot tub and sitting outside making s’mores over the gas grille while watching movies on the new flat screen tv. Super close to Canyon Lake Dam. We enjoyed a couple local restaurants. It was just the break from city life that we needed. Peaceful. Highly recommend. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Relaxing spot, perfect for our family

The sauna, pool, and outdoor areas were a huge hit. Great quiet location. The host was extremely helpful and timely. Awesome stay for our family of five.

Super Clean, New, and Great Space

This property was a fantastic little hideaway. It looks brand new and was extremely clean. They also provided all sorts of additional items to make the stay easier, more convenient, or fun (snacks, nice coffee machine, etc). The pool was clean with a large covered space by the pool to relax. The wrap around porch gives plenty of space to relax and watch a beautiful sunset. It's also very close the the beach. I would recommend driving to bring your stuff since it's plentiful free parking.

Larry is the consummate Host!

We booked this house only 10 days in advance but we got lucky and it was great! Larry and Maria are amazing hosts. He was honestly concerned with making sure our stay was top notch. His attention to little details like a complimentary 16lb bag of ice in the freezer and snacks in the kitchen were nice touches. The property feels brand new with huge walk in showers in both bathrooms and all new appliances in the kitchen. It was very clean and the large projector screen tv offered Youtube and Netflix and was visible upstairs and downstairs. The pool was clean and new and perfect for up to 6 people or so. This house is pet friendly and our little dog Olivia was very happy there. Larry even had a bowl of doggy water set out next to a basket with a doggy blanket and towel. The property is located only 2 minutes from Canyon lake and 30 minutes to Gruene and tubing and 5 minutes to a grocery store. I'll be recommending this house to friends and I'll definitely come back to stay in the future. Thanks Larry and Maria.
