Pros Beautiful hotel visually The grounds and swim up bar was nice Ideal location steps away from beach Beach front restaurant by beach was lovely. Cons Poor housekeeping found a previous guest hair all over shower wall. Although it was reported, same hair found next day. Floors dirty. Found a previous guest fake nail on floor. Poor elevator service very slow and one not working a few times. Balcony was very small no where to sit just look out. Outrageous daily resort fee When I arrived to hotel, only youngest minor given a bracelet. When I went to guest service to ask for other bracelets, I was questioned as if I was sneaking in extra guests. It appears during my check in the young lady did not fully document my guests. I paid a substantial amount of money for upgraded room with an ocean view. One of the rooms had an obstructed view of a roof. The next day a supervisor called very apologetic about room cleanliness and promised to credit me a days stay. I did not receive the promised credit. When I called the hotel to follow up on my credit for the inconvenience, I was advised they did not receive a request to credit, apologized for inconvenience, and would get back to me. I am still waiting for that call back. Very disappointed in this stay. I lost trust and confidence in this hotel. Being transparent, kind, and truthful is essential to successfully running a business. Regrettably, this hotel needs improvement in this area.
