This home is so inviting with shiplap walls, soft interior color, great lighting throughout and so much more, to ensure you have the ultimate coastal vacation experience. Oh and did we mention you have some views of the ocean?
As you enter the home, the front foyer welcomes you with nautical touches and beautiful details and decor throughout (This is where you breathe out and say “Ahhhh!”).
The dining area and open kitchen are to your left off of the foyer and to the right is the cozy, adorable living area with an electric fireplace and a unique statement piece: a converted canoe for a coffee table as the centerpiece of your family gathering place right by the electric fireplace. Entertain and prepare awesome meals in the fully stocked kitchen with a custom designed bar-height dining room table. Enjoy watching your favorite chef prepare your meal for you, and when dinner is done head out to the wrap around deck to enjoy the sunset and an outdoor evening with family and friends.
The spacious bedrooms all have comfortable beds with luxurious linens and bath towels. Two of the queen-sized beds are fully adjustable using a remote control.
Situated just steps to the beach, Sandy Owl has a front deck with ocean views, wonderful for watching sunsets, and a spacious back deck that has plenty of room for hanging out, relaxing, reading, catching a quick nap and of course, dining outside. Just to the side of the living area is a small table and chairs that is the perfect spot for your morning cuppa, completing a puzzle or challenging your family with a game of Goonies Monopoly. Toward the back of the house is the oversized laundry room and around the corner from there is a bathroom with a bathtub and a main level bedroom with a cheery nautical theme. There is a second bathroom on the main floor near the entry with a spacious walk-in shower.
At the top of the stairs on the second floor is a small nook, for the book worm in your group, where games and puzzles can also be found. There are two bedrooms on this floor, both with queen beds and also a twin-sized trundle bed. A large closet and a powder room at the end of the hall completes the upper level.
The final little "secret" is the back screened porch for some more quiet enjoyment. Plenty of seating and room for everyone, inside and out. You won't be disappointed with this gem of a home.
