「We spent 4 nights at this lodge between 28Dec-1Jan and it was excellent. From check in to check out the process was seamless and we had everything we needed. Lodge was cozy, clean and warm and the bathrooms had actually been updated so were newer and nicer than the pics. Area was lovely and quiet. Had a carvery at the Cider barn restaurant about 5 min drive away and we drove into Weston Super Mare (20 mins) and got wristbands for the pier and did ice skating. 「Cheddar and the surrounding area is such a lovely part of the country and the Gatehouse matched that. The bed was large and very comfortable, the lounge perfect for snuggling away the evenings and the shower particuarly good! Parking also could not have been easier. Do note though, a lot of the roads in the area are narrow and twisty without footpaths so a small car is preferable and beware when walking them.」

"今回で2回目です。スタッフの方はいつも全員感じが良く、夕食ギリギリの時間に到着しましたが対応してくださいました。ボロネーゼのパスタがすごく美味しく感動しました。 施設は古いですが清潔に保たれておりベッドも寝心地がよく快適です。朝食も美味しく駅の目の前で便利です。毎回Tauntonに行く時は利用する予定です。"
