We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The location was excellent - close to the beach, shopping, dining. Indoor/outdoor pool, sauna and hammam were a real treat after a long day of walking/sightseeing. Parking garage was convenient as looking for street parking would have been very difficult. Included breakfast offered a good variety of fresh pastries, breads, cereals, eggs, mini pancakes, deli meats and juices and coffees as well as fresh fruits. Staff was courteous and helpful. We would definitely stay again in this hotel.

wifi de mauvaise qualité Piscine mériterait d être nettoyée pour enlever les moisissures sur les carreaux sous l eau . Bon sejour, le chambre était spacieuse et l'hotel idéalement situé. L'insonorisation des chambres est à revoir car on attendait les voitures, les conversations de la rue. Côté parking, il est noté parking disponible sur le site mais sans precision qu'il fallait le réserver à l'avance. Donc obligé d'en trouver un autre à 200m qui en fin de compte était moins cher à la journée que celui de l'hotel. (Parking Lamy) Piscine et spa très agréable.

Zimmer sind ok, jedoch keine 4 Sterne wert. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist eine nette Sache, aber stark renovierungsbedürftig.

I’ve stayed here three times now and we always have a wonderful time. It’s quiet, but make sure you get the view of the city, which is so much prettier than the inside court which is quite depressing. Also, I wasn’t aware that they had parking available for a price which is cheaper than the nearby parking you pay by day. Would’ve been helpful to have known that information including from Expedia and include that in the option when booking. The breakfast are OK. Nothing to write home about and I wasn’t impressed with the fact that they don’t really have fresh fruit even though it is in season in the summer. They had a lot of canned soup and some older apples and peaches on the side. The pool area could use some serious renovating as there isn’t enough space for the lawn chairs and the pool is quite small and half of it is inside and on a nice day you don’t want to be indoors. Luckily, the ocean is nearby. The staff at the front desk, breakfast room, and cleaning service are always wonderful and accommodating. I really enjoy staying here.

Anniversary Stay
Warm welcome on checking. Speedy check in. Happy to assist us with directions to local supermarket and provided umbrellas. Lobby clean and smelling fresh. Room was 607 one of the classic rooms but must be one the the best view from the hotel in the hills of Cannes. Juliet balcony both in the bedroom and bathroom. Tea and coffee provided with mini fridge plus safe and iron with board. Room cleaned daily. Pool and spa was an added bonus we used twice. Breakfast was perfect with plenty of choice with a large tea and coffee selection. Hotel very central, less than 5 minutes to the beach bars and restaurants. Definitely would recommend and if I’m in Cannes again I’ll be returning back to Hotel Crystal & Spa. Thank you for the great stay.

Alt er perfekt på dette hotel!
Et fantastisk ophold på 4 nætter med perfekt beliggenhed. Meget serviceminded og venligt personale! Fik en fin modtagelse og under hele opholdet blev vi mødt med smil og positiv opmærksomhed. Værelset var perfekt, meget rent og alt virkede som det skulle. Morgenmaden var helt i top. Og prikken over i'et var hotellets pool og solterrasse. Vi startede dagen med en strandtur, og om eftermiddagen blev der slappet af med en tur i poolen på taget af hotellet og lidt afslapning. Dejlig kombi. Vores bedste anbefalinger til dette hotel - og vi kommer helt sikkert igen!

Excellent position, good breakfast (apart from cold egg) clean and comfortable. Some excellent staff. Underground parking, very expensive and not easy to navigate with sometimes inches to spare between cars, obstacles and tight blindbends. Number of cars needs restricting, obstacles removing and complete reorganisation - poor.

Tutto bellissimo, stanze, colazione, servizi. Peccato che alla SPA non ci sia nessuno che mantiene le regole. È bastata una mamma poco educata con un figlio che urlava come una sirena per annullare la bellezza del relax in SPA (se non ci si può rilassare non si può certo chiamare SPA)
