The entrance opens onto a bright living area with lounge space and TV, leading directly to the terrace with sea view.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, functional, and features a dining area with high chairs.
Sleeping area:
A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), storage space, and direct access to the terrace.
The en-suite shower room includes a double sink.
A separate toilet completes the layout.
The furniture and appliances have been selected for their comfort and quality. The terrace is furnished for outdoor meals or relaxation, in a green setting with no direct overlooking neighbours.

All key boxes are located on the front of our premises at 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
