Superb 72m² apartment on the 5th floor with terrace and parking. Unobstructed view with lovely sea views, modern decor, including two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a beautiful office space in the loggia. Next door to the Carlton Hotel, 150 meters from the beaches. Palais des Festivals is less than a 10-minute walk away, and restaurants, Rue d'Antibes and its shops are a 2-minute walk away. No need to use a vehicle. Very quiet area, excellent value for money.

The apartment is absolutely beautiful and exceeded our expectations in every way. So well-located, we could walk to beaches, shopping, super markets and dining - all the best of Cannes. Our stay was enhanced by modern decor and wonderful conveniences like electric kettle, Nespresso machine, hi speed WiFi, modern baths and more. Clean and super comfortable with soft quality linens too. Balcony views a plus!! ACan’t wait to stay here again next year!!
