    This Luxury and cozy condo will suit all your needs from couples who want to enjoy some time away from the busy life, to families who wish to spend time together and enjoy the majestic Rocky Mountains. One of the best aspects of this condo is you will be amazed at the mountain view from this immaculate unit sitting in front of your own fireplace or on the full sized balcony. Enjoy your mountain morning with coffee, soaking in ray & fresh air while taking in the sweeping mountains view from the balcony!
    The features you will enjoy while your staying:

     One generous master bedroom and 1 full bathroom equipped with towels & bath essentials.
     One brand new comfortable King size bed in master bedroom and one queen size pullout sofa bed in living room.
     Fully equipped kitchen features stainless appliances and granite counter tops.
     Private in suite laundry (complimentary laundry detergent are available)
     Gas burning fireplace in living room
    Air Conditioning
    Free Wi-Fi, HD Cable TV, BOSE Music System, Blu-ray DVD player and more than 80 DVDs & CDs in house.
     Private balcony with fully equipped BBQ grill.
     Outdoor heated pool and hot tubs, Open a year round. The pool and hot tubs may be closed for safety reasons when the temperature drops below -20C.

     Underground secure, heated parking, easy access to the suite

    Downtown Canmore is within 15 minutes walking distance or a few minutes drive, where you can stroll through town and browse the shops, enjoy a nice meal, or spoil yourself with a day at the spa. If you are looking to be active during your stay, you can enjoy one of the nearby golf courses, or during ski season check out one of 4 ski resorts in the surrounding areas. There are hiking trails and bike trails, and even a nearby park to take the little ones.

    Damage Deposit of $280.00 will be automatically reimbursed 7 days after check-out, once no damage to the unit has been reported. Pet is not allowed. Bring the pet may risk $150 extra charge for pet cleaning

Great between seasons price. Check in was easy and lots of parking in the below ground garage. Property was as described, bed is comfortable and suite is well equipped. The location is excellent, and easy to get around from. For this visit the experience and amenities were more than adequate. Only suggestion would be some instructions for the TV system and remotes. Recommend!

We have a wonderful stay! The host was very responsive, the check-in process was smooth and there is ample underground parking. The location is perfect to walk into downtown Canmore. The BBQ made dinners easy and we appreciated the outdoor pool and hot tub.

Erg fijn appartement waarin we met ons gezin van 4 verbleven. Schoon, nieuw en keuken / badkamer voorzien in alle basis benodigdheden. Op loopafstand van winkels / restaurants en centrum. Prima uitvalsbasis om nationaal park en meren te bezoeken.

This place was very nice. It was clean and has nice underground parking. We skied both lake Louise (1hr away) and sunshine (30 min away) and went to Banff (20 min away). You are also walking distance to restaurants.

Stayed there to do some skiing. Place was perfect for what we needed. Location is ideal and outdoor hot tub is great after a day of skiing!

Very nice place to stay in Canmore. Great location, 5 minute walk to many shops for most things you need and 15 walk minute to downtown. Clean, comfortable and included many additional items not listed. Ben was a great host as well. I would stay here again and recommend to others visiting Canmore.

We were will pleased with the overall ammenties of the Premium King unit provided for our 5 night stay. Cleanliness was okay, but did have some room for improvement. Bathtub seemed to be only wiped down with a damp cloth, but there was still evidence of soap scum residue. We took advantage of the hot tub amenity several times in which these 70 decade bones and joints of ours much appreciated.

The location was good. The amenities of heated underground parking, pool and multiple hot tubs was great. We booked this because we had 4 people. The description stating there is two beds is a bit misleading because one is the sofa bed. I had looked at so many hotels and missed that it said one was a pull out couch. Technically yes two beds but for it to be in all caps as a selling feature made me miss that it was a pull out. There also was not enough linens for the pull out couch. For a room that sleeps 4 people and advertises two beds so prominently I expected more bedding. The king bed had bedding but there was only one extra duvet for the pull out couch and one top sheet. You couldn't cover the duvet for the pull out couch that was done for the king bed. The room was comfortable and served the purpose i was just dissapointed in the bed situation. I would stay again because I would know what to expect.
