The Living Room is furnished with a sofa & chair, as well two additional chairs, a stunning fireplace and cherry hardwood throughout.



The Living Room walks out to your private patio overlooking Ha Ling, and east end of Rundle.



Master Bedroom with 3-piece en-suite, featuring queen size bed.

This is a pet friendly unit please let us know if you will be being any pets with you during your stay as they have to be approved. We also do charge a pet fee per pet for the stay.



Parking is limited in Canmore especially during high season May-September. Your condo has one dedicated parking spot available. The parking garage has a maximum height capacity of 6'6" .

If you are bringing more than one vehicle you will have to find street parking nearby or in the Town of Canmore paid parking lots. This is beyond our control. We do appreciate your understanding of this.



This property does not have Air Conditioning. Please understand that summer can be warm and the property can get hot. Fans are supplied to help keep things cool. However we are limited in what we can do as there is no AC with this building. If having AC is important to you please inquire with us for other alternative properties that have AC.

Canmore getaway! Great location .

We had a wonderful couple of days,it was very nice that our accommodation was Pet Friendly, that’s a big bonus.The location was perfect for just a short walk to lots of interesting shopping as well as a great choice regarding to restaurants and food locations. Would definitely recommend these accommodations.

Perfect location

Our stay was perfect! The condo is downtown so we could walk pretty much anywhere we wanted. We loved our mornings drinking coffee on the balcony with the view of mountains. We did a lot of hiking and we did have to drive a little over an hour some days to get to the trails but we didn’t mind and we felt Canmore was less crowded than Banff which we enjoyed. The condo truly is in the perfect location for everything we wanted to do on our trip

Amazing location in the heart of Canmore downtown. Clean, pleasant unit - only complaint was slightly smaller bedrooms than expected. Thanks for allowing our dog.

Beautiful Canmore

We had a lovely stay in Canmore for 6 nights. The flat is very centrally located so accessible to the restaurants and shops. Canmore is a very relaxed and beautiful town. We could easily get to everywhere we wanted. The flat had everything we needed and we had good communication with the owners. I would recommend it.

Perfect spot

You won’t be disappointed ..everything in walking distance and short drive to Banff. Nice little condo with a balcony as seen in photos. Owners answer quickly when needed. We would definitely come back again and recommend this place

Great location and very clean. Would have been nice if the patio door had a screen since there was no ac and ventilation was not great. Place gets very warm, at the end of the day, although we were out most of the time and it was only in the evening at night when we were back. Kitchen has minimum supplies. Could use Saran Wrap and maybe oil and vinegar.

We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were perfect and the location was close to downtown and within walking distance of so many great restaurants. The condo was clean and well equipped - there wasn’t anything we were missing! We had everything we needed, the underground parking is a bonus we really appreciated!

Beautiful condo in a great town center location! Short walk to shops and restaurants while leaving your car conveniently parked in the dedicated underground garage. This condo is on the second floor, the first floor is all businesses and more condos on the third floor. We could hear people walking above us, but luckily it was minimal. In general, it was pretty quiet inside. Having 2 full baths was a plus so the kids could have their own. If you get tired of eating out, the full kitchen allows for some home cooking. It could benefit from some new pans, knives and cutting boards though. Catching sunset from the west facing balcony was very enjoyable. We'd highly recommend staying here.

Great location to enjoy Canmore

Very clean, everything was as advertised. Well situated in front of Arts Place, we enjoyed an outdoor concert on the Friday night (done by 10:00 PM so no concern for the noise at night). Great views from the balcony. Would definitely return.
