"What a beautiful island, the people are lovely, we felt very safe, and Juvy's Beach House is a spectacular option for your home base. Situated on the windier side of the island, you'll be treated to sea breezes all day and evening long and you'll truly live an indoor/outdoor life here. The beds are comfy, my partner and I appreciated the Scandinavian sleep method of separate comforters! We might make some changes back home... Juvy is a wonderful host. She walked us to the local grocery...

"I didn’t like the door locks, they were very confusing. My stay was for 12 days, they did not supply us with beach towels till the last 2 days. Also the soap holder broke and was not fixed. But I would definitely go back for the beautiful beaches, also the great breakfasts which is free."

"Very nice relaxing place to visit. Some of the most crystal clear and beautiful waters in the Philippines. Very nice infinity pool. Great snorkeling all around the island. Also decent hiking trail. Rooms are really nice, great views and very comfortable. A bit expensive but well worth it. "

"This hotel is rather isolated which we loved. The service was great and staff were helpful and friendly. The food was good too... very large serves! The pool is also very welcome. Important to note is that there are many steps to negotiate so if you have problems with your hips, knees or ankles then maybe this is not for you."

"We stayed at the turtle cottage. It was very clean with a great working AC. The views were spectacular with awesome sunsets. The onsite restaurant had a good variety of choices and everything we tried was very good. The staff and people working at the restaurant were simply the best I have ever seen. Always had that beautiful smile!! The only issue was with the facility, we only had hot water for two of the four nights, not an issue for me but the wife likes her hot showers. Would defiantly recommend this for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. We do not swim so I cannot comment on the snorkeling except to say that there were always lots of people in the water from morning till night."
