The apartment is ideal for holidays with family or friends, with a spacious living room, three bedrooms with storage, a separate and fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and the highlight: an outdoor terrace, without screws opposite and quiet.
You will appreciate this apartment for its comfort and its location near the beach of Canet (less than 2 minutes by foot).
The apartment was completely renovated in 2019, all the equipment is new.
Relaxation - Calm- Close to shops, a welcome booklet will be reserved for you at the apartment with all the details.

Cleaning Option: € 60 per stay

Deposit by check of 500 € to be given on arrival and returned on departure.

Appartement coquet et spacieux, emplacement idéal
