Hotel novo (inaugurado em maio/2025), tudo ótimo. Únicos detalhes: não tem bom isolamento acústico pra rua (ouve-se cachorros latindo) ou pros quartos (ouve-se chuveiros); travesseiros altos.

Adoramos nossa estadia no hotel. Além de estar muito bem localizado, as acomodações são excelentes e o atendimento dos funcionários foi muito prestativo e gentil. Destaque para o café da manhã que, além do menu diário, ainda disponibilizava um menu especial preparado pela cozinha.

Hotel novinho, tudo extremamente limpo e cheiroso. Recepção acolhedora com um cookie delicioso na chegada. Cama muito confortável, quartos amplos e bem equipados. A localização é excelente, entre Canela e Gramado, na rodovia que dá acesso ao Parque do Caracol. Atendimento impecável, equipe muito atenciosa. A estrutura é excelente: filtro de água nos corredores, academia com equipamentos de alta qualidade e brinquedos para as crianças. O café da manhã é muito bom, com produtos de qualidade e opções personalizadas. Apesar da acústica dos quartos não ser das melhores, o conforto e a qualidade da estadia superam esse detalhe. Super recomendo!

Equipe motivada e sempre disposta a atender as solicitações...Café da manhã com bastante variedade e muitas opções.Quartos novos, confortável e extremamente limpo, equipe de governança está de parabéns principalmente para a camareira do 3°andar que é extremamente caprichosa. Canela estava de um hotel imponente e contemporâneo...Eis que veio o Double tree by Hilton para ser um hotel de luxo sem precisar só em Gramado.
