"I booked a 10-day stay over Carnival (MasDomnik) at Pinnards Mountain Resort, and it was such a refreshing scenic escape. The mountain views and peaceful atmosphere truly gave that relaxing “getaway” vibe while still being close enough to enjoy the festivities. The shuttle service was a great option to take advantage of, making getting around much easier. The swimming pool was lovely and very well maintained, and the complimentary pool toys were such a thoughtful touch. The restaurant/bar is...

"Overall we loved it, though it would have been good to know that you can't drive to the hotel if you don't have a proper 4WD as it is located at the end of a long and steep tarished road. Luckily the hotel offers an transport service for the dirty road between 8am and 5pm. They also offer food(preorder only) and drinks at the bar. The staff was very nice and always helpful. Our favourite was the weekday driver. The cottage had a very nice kitchen unfortunately not much utensils in it... Being so...

"Resort was beautiful! Rooms were clean staff was friendly and helpful . Restaurant upstairs by the pool was delicious! The ONLY problem was the road to get up to the resort itself . A taxis worst nightmare . I got charged extra for every taxi I took JUST because of the road . They all informed me that all taxis forbid the road that’s how bad it is . Just a heads up if I would’ve known I wouldn’t have booked because it was stressful . Other than that great stay !"

"My boyfriend and I had the most wonderful stay. It’s disabled friendly and has WiFi. We woke up to a beautiful view of the mountains and the sunset looked breathtaking. The hosts were very nice and accommodating and the place was Spotless. They left a detailed letter with everything you need to know about the island including their personal recommendations. Sunset Vista

8/10 Good

"The view from our balcony was beautiful. The hosts visited daily so were able to answer any questions we had. They were very helpful and friendly. The beds were comfortable and the location was suitable for us. We had a fantastic time in Dominica!"

Secret Bay

10/10 Excellent

"Came here to celebrate a milestone birthday. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. Be advised the main beach is quite small and very rocky, however you can take a kayak over to a much longer expanse of beach if long walks on the beach are your things. Also, they do provide watershoes -facilitating the process of walking over the rocks. The scenery is quite beautiful and they did have some extras which was much appreciated (free first dinner, free Indian river tour). I do recommend this place & I certainly would love to return. The staff were all very warm and friendly and that was by far the best thing about my stay."

Bougainvillea Villa - Serene 3-bedroom house with AC in Canefield East

10/10 Excellent

"Our stay at this villa was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The villa itself was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. What really made our experience stand out was Ryan's outstanding hospitality. He was incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing time. His recommendations for places to visit, things to do, and experiences around the island were fantastic and really helped us make the most of our trip.Ryan was always helpful, responsive, and genuinely cared that we enjoyed our stay. It's rare to find a host who is so thoughtful and invested in creating such a memorable experience. We can't recommend this villa highly enough. We've already started telling our family and friends about it, and we'll definitely be giving it a well-deserved 5-star rating. We would love to stay here again on our next visit to the island.Thank you, Ryan, for making our vacation so special!"
