Was there for 6days had to switch rooms 3x TV’s didn’t work. First room smelt like smoke and didn’t have air.second one the bed was horrible no tv, the 3rd room was not very cold,tv didn’t work, the pillows were very lumpy and there was nothing they could do

Few restaurants and the best 2 restaurants were closed all the time. No activities planned, hotel is very old and has an old feeling to it. Not satisfied at all with the resort. Would not recommend going there

The staff were so nice. Lived them! The food choices were plentiful and good. The drinks were ok. The one big item I was somewhat disappointed in was house keeping. Couldn’t communicate with them. They always showed up between 8 and 9 am. We would ask them to come back since we weren’t up yet or dressed. They wouldn’t come back. One day I had to go to the front desk to have them communicate, another day I had to use my phone to translate English to Spanish. Overall had a great time and would recommend
